This is an application for ordering of production of
applicant/accused Raj Singh through video-conferencing from jail instead of
physical production.
Reply to the application is filed by the IO. The same is taken on
record.
I have gone through the application and have heard arguments of
Ld. Counsel for applicant/accused and Ld. Public Prosecutor.
Since the accused has requested for his appearance through video-
conferencing, it is ordered that henceforth on all dates of hearing, till charge-sheet
is filed, the applicant/accused Raj Singh shall be produced through video-
conferencing, unless it is specifically ordered that he be physically produced.
It is made clear that this Court has not verified the claim made by
applicant/accused about the ailments suffered by him and about the behavour of
co-inmates. Since physical production was only for the benefit of the accused,
which he is giving up, the application has been allowed.
The application is accordingly disposed off.
Copy of this order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for compliance.
