IO has filed a report wherein it is stated that the accused has refused to give his voice sample and no further investigation is pending in this case. She has also filed an application wherein it is stated that inadvertently, she forgot to mention the name of the competent authority i.e. Mr. Naresh Kumar, Chief Secretary, Delhi in the list of witnesses and since he is an important witness, his name be added. Perusal of record reveals that the sanction order is already on record and the non-mentioning of the name of the competent authority in the list of witnesses seems to be an inadvertent error. Therefore, the application is allowed and the name of the competent authority be mentioned as a witness in the list of witnesses. The IO is directed to file the amended list of witnesses on the next date of hearing. List for consideration on the point of cognizance on 03.11.2025.
