Vinay seeking release of his mobile phone make I-Phone 13.

Reply to application sent by IO/Insp. Krishan
Kumar.
Ld. counsel submits that mobile phone make I-
Phone-13 was seized from the applicant/accused at the time of his
arrest and the same is not required for investigation in this case.
Ld. Counsel prays that the mobile phone be released to the
applicant/accused.
Ld. Substitute Addl.P.P. for the State submits that as
per reply filed by IO, he has no objection if the personal search
articles i.e. white colour mobile phone make I-Phone-13 with SIM
No. 9368181842 and Aadhar card of the applicant/accused be
released to him as same are not incriminating evidence of the case.
I have perused the reply and personal search memo
of applicant/accused filed by IO.
In view of submission made, SHO PS ACB is
directed to release the personal search articles i.e. white colour
mobile phone make I-Phone-13 with SIM No. 9368181842 and
Aadhar card of the applicant/accused to him on production of valid

ID proof by the applicant/accused and against proper
acknowledgement. Accordingly, application stands disposed off.
Copy of order be sent to the SHO/IO concerned and
be also given dasti to the ld. Counsel for the applicant/accused.
