On behalf of applicant, an application is filed to
summon the court file of the present case from the record room,
East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi so as to get the
endorsement dated 29.08.2016 made on the sale deed of the
applicant cancelled.
Heard. Considered. The present case was decided
from the East District, Karkardooma court and the case file is
also lying in the record room of the East District, Karkardooma
Court. Therefore, this court has no jurisdiction to decide the
present application. Accordingly, the present application is
dismissed being not maintainable.
