IO, Inspector Bharat Singh is present.
In pursuance of the proceedings recorded in the last order,
Inspector Bharat Singh has been appointed to investigate the allegation of forgery
of ration cards made by the complainant, Sh. A. Jain against Sh. Rajender Singh.
In view thereof, the Ahlmad is directed to return the original file to Inspector
Bharat Singh for further investigation against Sh. Rajender Singh. The Ahlmad
shall retain the copy of the original chargesheet prepared by the last IO,
Inspector Virender Singh before returning the original file to Inspector Bharat
Singh. After compliance of this order, the file shall be consigned by the Ahlmad to
the record room. It is needless to state but the case will revive, once the fresh
chargesheet/final report, containing the investigation against Sh. Rajender Singh
also, is filed in this Court by Inspector Bharat Singh/ACB.
