The complainant has submitted that he has no objection, if this
Court accepts the version of the IO, ACP Ranbir Singh that this case cannot be
pursued against HC Mahinder Singh because apart from the testimony of the
complainant, there is no evidence to the effect that HC Mahinder Singh had
demanded Rs.11,000/- from the complainant during the investigation of FIR
No.513/2013, PS Shahbad Dairy. Also, upon inquiry, the complainant has
submitted that HC Mahinder Singh had demanded Rs.11,000/- from him but apart
from his word on the subject, he does not have any evidence. The signatures of
the complainant have been taken on this order-sheet, as acknowledgment of the
said submission. The IO is directed to find out the current status of the service of
HC Mahinder Singh on or before the next date of hearing. List for passing of the
requisite order, on 27.06.2024.
