PW-6 Ravi Kumar Singh, IPS is present, examined,
cross-examined on behalf of all the accused and discharged as
his evidence is complete.
PW-5 Mahendra Singh is not present. He has sent a
written request for exemption on the ground of official
exigencies. Official exigencies is a vague term and no request
letter received from the higher authority of PW-5 that he be
exempted from apperarence today. Thus, request for exemption
is declined. Issue show cause notice against PW-5 for the next
date of hearing.
LW-11 Dinesh is absent despite service. BW in the
sum of Rs. 20,000/- be issued against him for the next date of
hearing.
MHC (M) Ct Gopal Singh and Ct. Nirmal Singh
from Programming Division along with case property are
present. be also summoned for the next date of hearing.
