LW-1 Smt. Rupali Vicky Pounikar is present. She
has shown her original Aadhar Card, photocopy of which is
taken on record for the purpose of ascertaining her present
address.
Examination-in-chief of PW-12 Smt. Rupali Vicky
Pounikar is partly recorded from 10.30 a.m. till 11.45 a.m. and
thereafter from 12.05 to 12.50 p.m. and her further examination-
in-chief is deferred on the request of Ld. Sr. PP for CBI as he
requires clarifications from IO.
LW-2 Krishna Poonia is present. However, he is
discharged unexamined for today as CBI wishes to complete the
evidence of PW-12 first.
Put up for recording further testimony of PW-12 on
29.01.2026, for which date PW-12 and MHC(M) with case
property as well as official from System Division be also
summoned.
The case property opened today during the
testimony of PW-12 be re-sealed as per Rules with Court seal.
