PW-7 Rajinder Pal Singh Bedi, PW-8 Hemant
Kumar are present, examined-in-chief, cross-examined on behalf
of all accused and discharged since their evidence is concluded.
PW-9 Inspt. Raman Kumar Singh is present, partly
examined in chief and further examination in chief is deferred at
request of CBI for the next date of hearing as some clarifications
from documents are to be removed before going further and
recording has to be played and Sr. PP request for one date for
doing so. Hence, only this witness be summoned again for
NDOH.
Case property de-sealed today during the testimony
of PW-7, be re-sealed with the court seal.
Case be put up for PE on 29.05.2025.
MHCM with case property and Asstt. Programmer
be summoned for the next date of hearing.
