PW-5 Mahendra Singh is present. He is cross-
examined by Ld. counsel for A-2 and A-3. Cross-examination of
PW-5 on behalf of A-2 and A-3 is concluded today.
Ld. counsel for A-1 is present through VC. He
submits that he is held up in Traffic Jam of Ghazipur after
dropping his child for Board Exams. He has also shown the
Video Footage of Traffic Tam through VC as there is a murder in
Ghazipur Area and people have blocked the roads. He submits
that a date may be given for cross-examination of PW-5. Heard.
Allowed.
Other witness namely LW-11 Dinesh is also present.
Ld. Sr. PP submits that he wishes to examine the witness in
presence of both the counsels on NDOH. Heard.
