This is an application for bail on behalf of accused Babita

Ld. Counsel for accused Babita Sharma submits that although on
10.09.2024 he had made a submission that he wanted the present application to
be heard alongwith the application for bail of accused Mukesh Saini, he now
wishes to submit that arguments may be heard in respect of this application. He
States that so far he has not filed any application for bail on behalf of accused
Mukesh Saini. He submits that arguments may be heard on the present
application.
The present application is therefore taken up for hearing.
Arguments are heard on the application for bail on behalf of
accused Babita Sharma.
Written submissions are filed on behalf of accused Babita Sharma.
Let copy of written submission be provided to Ld. Public Prosecutor.
