In response to the notice issued by this Court as per the last order,
the SHO, PS ACB has sent a reply. In the reply, it is stated that the ACB has no
objection, if the instant application is allowed and the endorsement made on the
FDR of Smt. Sheela, surety of the suspect/previously proposed accused, Sh.
Sunil Dutt Vashisht is canceled. In view of the no objection received from ACB,
the instant application is allowed. The Reader is directed to cancel the
endorsement made on the FDR/security of the applicant, Smt. Sheela, referred in
the order dated 16.07.2014, passed by Sh. Narottam Kaushal, the then Special
Judge (PC Act)05, (ACB), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. The Ahlmad shall consign
this file alongwith the closure report file, wherein the original order dated
20.10.2022, passed by Sh. Dig Vinay Singh, the then Ld. Special Judge, (PC Act)
(ACB)02, RADC, New Delhi is placed. Copy of this order shall be given dasti to
the applicant, Smt. Sheela.
