PW-6 Mr. Geetesh Patel has been examined-in-chief. His
cross-examination has been deferred on request of Ld. Counsel for the
accused. He be summoned again for the next date of hearing.
Ahlmad is directed to reseal the case property that was
desealed during evidence of PW-6, with the seal of the undersigned.
Further, PW-2 Irshad Khan be also summoned for the next
date of hearing.

At this stage, it is noticed that in the evidence of PW-6
recorded today, it has been mentioned that cross-examination by Ld.
Counsel for accused Irshad has been deferred at request of Ld. Counsel
for accused Irshad while the name of the accused is Rampal Verma and
Irshad is the complainant/PW-2 in the present case. This seems to be an
inadvertent typographical error. Therefore, the name of the accused be
read as Rampal Verma instead of Irshad in the evidence of PW-6 recorded
today.
