Mr. Manish Khera Adv., for the accused along with
the accused Rampal Verma in person.
MHC(M), PS Civil Line is present.
PW-2 has been further cross examined on behalf of
the State in part. His further cross examination has been deferred as
the memory card is still not responding. Ld. PP for the State submits
that since the memory card is still not responding, he would like to
examine the FSL expert before further examining PW-2. In view of
this, issue summons upon witness cited at serial no. 8 Mr. Geetesh
Patel in the list of witnesses for the next date of hearing.
MHC(M) submits that the envelope containing the
case property i.e. memory cards in the present case is in a torn
condition and therefore, he may be permitted to keep the exhibits in
a fresh envelope alongwith torn envelope.
In view of the request of MHC(M), the case property
desealed during evidence of PW-2 alongwith the torn envelope be
kept in a fresh envelope and be sealed with the seal of undersigned.
The case details mentioned on the torn envelope be also mentioned
on the fresh envelope.
