the accused in person.
MHC(M), PS Civil Line is present.
HC Sandeep, Reader to SHO, PS Nandnagri has
appeared alongwith the relevant record.
PW-2 Irshad Khan has appeared. In view of this,
Bailable Warrants issued against him stands cancelled. PW-2 has
been cross examined by Ld. PP for the State in part. His further
cross examination on behalf of the State has been deferred for
want of memory card reader to play one of the memory card which
is not responding. Issue notice upon the IO to arrange a memory
card reader for playing the said memory card. PW-2 be also
summoned again for the next date of hearing.
PW-4 ASI Varghese has been examined in chief in
part. His further examination in chief is deferred as Ld. PP for the
State submits that neither the copy of the RC nor the
acknowledgment of case acceptance is on the judicial file and the
concerned MHC(M) may be summoned alongwith the concerned
registers containing the aforesaid entry, RC and acknowledgment
of case acceptance. In view of this, issue notice upon the
concerned MHC(M) to appear before this court alongwith the said
record on the next date of hearing.

The Ahlmad is directed to re-seal the case property
