service. Issue bailable warrants against PW-2 Irshad Khan in the

appeared alongwith the relevant record, however, PW-2 Irshad
Khan has not appeared. Therefore, HC Sandeep is discharged for
today. He be summoned again to appear before this court
alongwith the relevant record for the next date of hearing.

chief, cross examined and discharged.
