Mr. Manish Khera Adv., for the accused along with
the accused in person.
Prima-facie case has been found to be made out to frame
charge u/s 7/12/13(1)(a)/13(1)(d) of PC Act r/w section 34/120B of
IPC against the accused Rampal Verma.
Charge has accordingly been framed to which the
accused has pleaded not guilty and claimed trial.
Ld. Counsel for the accused has filed an application on
behalf of the surety seeking directions to the bank to make the FDR
furnished as surety bond automatically renewable. He submits that
the FDR is not automatically renewable and the bank has sought
directions of this court to make it automatically renewable. The
application is allowed. The concerned bank is directed to make the
FDR furnished as surety bond in the present case automatically
renewable.
List for PE on 16.10.2025. Witness Mr. Rajeev Verma
mentioned at serial no. 9 of the list of witnesses be summoned
through the concerned IO for the next date of hearing.
Also, the concerned clerk be summoned through the
concerned IO to appear before this court along with the relevant
record on the next date of hearing.
Copy of this order be given dasti to Ld. Counsel for the
accused.
