In pursuance of the query made on the last date, the IO has filed
original letter no. F.5(10)/LAC(N)/Misc.Cor./Other Department/2023/2317 dated
31.01.2024 of Sh. Nilesh Nishikant Gaurav, LAC/ADM (North) and one copy of
the letter issued by the Office of ADM (LA) Delhi (in favour of a sale between one,
Sh. Anuj Goel and one, Sh. Jai Bhagwan).
Upon inquiry, the IO has submitted that the original complainant,
Inspector Sushil Kumar has expired and therefore, at present, the Office of ACB
is the de facto complainant. In view of the said submission, no notice is being
issued qua the complainant.
