Pawan Kumar. Surety Sanjeev Kumar Kaushik has appeared. His bail bonds were accepted on the last date of hearing. Concerned department be intimated and his thumb impressions be taken today. IO has filed a report regarding verification of salary slip of Mr. Anand Gautam, surety for accused Anil Dutt Sharma. The bail bonds are accepted, however, the surety is not present today. He is directed to appear before this court along with the accused on the next date of hearing. The IO has sent an exemption from personal appearance on the ground that he has to appear before Rohini court. Exemption granted. He has also sent a list of unrelied documents. The same be supplied to Ld. Counsel for accused Anil Dutt Sharma and R.R. Meena. He has also stated that the documents mentioned illegible by the accused persons are illegible even in the main files but he will provide the best copy to both the counsels during the course of the day. On 06.07.2026, the IO had filed supplementary final report and the Ahlmad was directed to check the documents and file his report today. He has not given any report and is on leave today.
