IO seeks some more time to verify the bail bonds furnished
by accused Shail Tyagi. Time granted.
Accused Anil Dutt Sharma has furnished his bail bonds. The
same be sent to the IO for verification. IO shall file his verification report
on or before the next date of hearing.
Ld. Counsel for accused Shail Tyagi submits that the
chargesheet documents are complete.
Ld. Counsels for accused Anil Dutt Sharma and Raja Ram
Meena have filed applications for compliance of Section 238 Cr.PC and
u/s 230 BNSS for supply of deficient copies. The same are taken on
record. Copies supplied to the IO. IO seeks some time to go through the
same and supply the deficient copies. The IO shall supply the deficient
copies, if any, within one week from today.
