This is an application moved by Secretary Agri Produce
Mkt. Committee Shahdara (GNCT) for release of 68 original license files
which have been transferred by the Hon’ble High Court to the Trial Court in
the case titled as State vs. Kalyan Singh, CC No. 04/11 decided on
08.12.2014.
Ld. counsel for the applicant filed certified copy of
CRL.M.A. No. 28377/2023 in CRL.Appeal No. 19 of 2015 filed before the
Hon’ble High Court of Delhi seeking release of 68 original license files of
APMC, Shahdara, attached with the Trial Court record in case titled State
vs. Kalyan Singh & Others, CC No. 04/11, FIR No. 10/2023, PS ACB, to
the Secretary APMC, Shahdara. Ld. Counsel also filed certified copy of
order dated 08.02.2024 passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi on the
aforesaid application, whereby the Trial Court was directed to release the
documents as mentioned in the said application to the applicant after
retaining a copy of the same.
Ahlmad is directed to report whether complete set of
certified copies of 68 license files have been filed on record by the
applicant.
List the case for further proceedings on 18.07.2025.
