PW-5 Dr. Bharti Bhardwaj has not appeared. Ld.
Proxy Counsel for accused Subhash Babu submits that the main
counsel is not available today. Perusal fo record reveals that the
cross examination on behalf of accused Subhash Babu was
deferred on the last date of hearing and since the main counsel for
accused Subhash Babu is not available, further cross examination
of the witness will not be possible even on behalf of the other
accused persons. In view of this, PW-5 Dr. Bharti Bhardwaj be
summoned again for the next date of hearing.
PW Ct. Jitender has appeared, however, as the main
Ld. PP of this court is on leave, PW Ct. Jitender is discharged
unexamined for today. He be summoned again for the next date of
hearing. Also issue notice upon Insp. Deveshwari to appear before
this court on the next date of hearing.
