Accused HC Ajay Singh Malik submits that his counsel is not avaialble
today. He submits that he has no objection if the evidence is recorded in the absence
of his counsel. He submits that he will not raise any objection or claim any prejudice
on this ground in future.
PW3 ASI Joseph is examined-in-chief. His cross-examination is
deferred at the request of all Ld. Defence Counsel, who submit that they want to
cross-examine the witness after cross-examination is done by Advocate Dr. Kanwal
Sapra, Ld. Defence Counsel in case CC No.57/2023 FIR No. 1/2015 State v HC
Ashok Kumar & Ors. PS Vigilance. The witness ASI Joseph (PW3) is bound down to
appear on the next date.

Witness Irshad Khan (PW2) is present for further examination-in-chief.
He submits that he has to appear before Hon’ble High Court today and seeks
adjournment. In view of the submissions, he is sent back unexamined. The witness is
bound down to appear on the next date.
