ACP Vijay Bhushan, PM Cell Security, New Delhi the
then Insp. Admn., East Zone, PCR has been examined as PW-10,
cross-examined and discharged.
Summons sent to PW Devender Arya have been
received back as served. However, he has not appeared. The IO
submits that he has served the summons on the mobile number of
the witness but he did not get any response.
Ld. Counsels for accused persons submit that
PW Sh. Devender Arya i.e. witness mentioned at serial no. 12 be
dropped from the list of witnesses and they admit the sanction order
without admitting the contents of the same. Separate joint statement
of accused persons namely Ashok Kumar and Surender Singh as
well as statement of Ld. Counsel for accused Pankaj Sharma have
been recorded under section 294 Cr.PC in this regard.
In view of the statement of accused persons under
section 294 Cr.PC, PW Sh. Devender Arya, IPS i.e. witness
mentioned at serial no.12 in the list of witnesses is dropped from the
list of witnesses.

Ld. PP for the State submits that PW-8 Insp.
Deveshwari has been examined and in her examination, she has
stated that the statement of witness Ct. Jitender dated 04.07.2017,
available on the judicial file, is not relevant in the present case. She
also stated that Ct. Jitender was not posted in East Zone but he was
posted in North-East Zone. Ld. PP for the State submits that in view
of the statement of Insp. Deveshwari, PW Ct. Jitender cited at serial
no. 8 in the list of witnesses be dropped. Since Ct. Jitender
mentioned at serial no. 8 in the list of witnesses is not relevant to the
present case and in view of the statement of Insp. Deveshwari as
well as submission of Ld. PP for the State, Ct. Jitender mentioned at
serial no. 8 is dropped from the list of witnesses.
Ld. PP for the State submits that PW-10 ACP Vijay
Bhushan has deposed in his evidence that the duty rosters dated
23.10.2024 were prepared under the supervision of Insp. Satvir
Singh and therefore, he be summoned as a witness in the present
case. Ld. Counsels for accused persons submit that they have no
objection if Insp. Satvir Singh is summoned as a witness. In view of
this, issue summons upon Insp. Satvir Singh for the next date of
hearing.
Further, witness cited at serial no. 15 in the list of
witnesses be summoned for the next date of hearing.
