MM and serial no. 7 SI Sagar Singh be dropped from the list of witnesses as admitted. Separate joint statement of accused Ashok Kumar and Surender Kumar and statement of Ld. Counsel for accused Pankaj Sharma has been recorded under section 294 Cr.PC. PW Munna Ansari has appeared, however, Ld. PP for the State submits that certain clarification is required from the IO who has not appeared today. In view of this, PW Munna Ansari is discharged unexamined for today. He be summoned again for the next date of hearing. Further, issue notice upon the IO to appear before this court on the next date of hearing.
