IO, Inspector Shyam Ji Srivastava is present.
1. In response to the application filed by the accused, HC Ashok
Kumar, the IO has supplied the legible copies of pages no.28, 37, 48, 61, 87, 88
and 89 of the chargesheet. Upon receipt thereof, the Ld. Advocate for the
accused, HC Ashok Kumar has submitted that he is satisfied with the copies
provided today.
2. The copy of page no.48 has been taken from the IO, for the record
of this Court as the copy of the said page on the Court file is also not legible.
3. The scrutiny of documents stands completed. Therefore, the matter
is adjourned for hearing of arguments on charge.
4. At this stage, the accused, Ct. Pankaj has furnished the bail bonds

as per the last order. They are accepted as the surety is a government servant
and claims to have sufficient control over him on account of a long standing
friendship. The original documents of the surety have been seen and returned.
5. List for hearing of arguments on charge, on 18.03.2024.
