Perusal of record shows that on the last date of
hearing i.e. 18.08.2026, Mr. Vijay Bhushan was examined as
PW-6, however, in the ordersheet dated 18.08.2026, he has been
mentioned as PW-10 instead of PW-6 as he was examined as
PW-10 in other connected cases listed on even date.
Further, PW-7 Mr. Imtiyaz Ansari (previously
known as Munna Ansari) and PW-8 Retd. Insp. Ms. Deveshwari
were also examined-in-chief, cross-examined and discharged on
the last date of hearing but the same was not mentioned in the
ordersheet. The same appears to be an inadvertent typographical
error and therefore, stands corrected. Accordingly, Mr. Vijay
Bhushan be read as PW-6 in the ordersheet dated 18.08.2026. It is
further clarified that PW-7 Mr. Imtiyaz Ansari (previously known
as Munna Ansari) and PW-8 Retd. Insp. Ms. Deveshwari were also
examined-in-chief, cross-examined and discharged on
18.08.2026.

Summons sent to Insp. Satvir Singh have been
received back as unserved with the report that his details were not
available. Insp. Satvir Singh be summoned again through the
concerned IO for the next date of hearing.
PW Insp. Shyamji Srivastava has sent his request for
today on the ground that he is not well. He be summoned again
for the next date of hearing.
