ACP, Sh. Virender Punj is present.
1. The accused, Ct. Pankaj Sharma is exempted from appearance, for
today only.
2. Despite service of notice, Sh. Abhishek Dhania, DCP, PS Vigilance
has not appeared. He has sent an exemption on the ground that he is occupied in
official/administrative work. In the communication, seeking exemption, he is
stated that he has instructed ACP, Sh. Virender Punj to represent him.
3. Upon inquiry, ACP Sh. Virender Punj has submitted that all the
points noted in the order dated 03.05.2024, passed by this Court have been
noted by him and Sh. Abhishek Dhania, DCP, PS Vigilance and a supplementary
chargesheet will be filed in this Court, after 8 weeks.
4. At request of the ACP Sh. Virender Punj, the matter is adjourned to
23.07.2024.
