Proceeding qua accused Lakhi Ram have abated vide order dated
18.01.2025.
IO Inspector Pawan Kumar has not appeared. An application has been
received in the Court on behalf of the IO seeking exemption from his personal
appearance. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The IO is
exempted from his appearance for today.
Ld. Counsel for accused Sunder Paul Auluck has filed an application for
grant of bail. He submits that the applicant was granted anticipatory bail by order dated
08.07.2005 passed by Hon’ble High Court. I have heard arguments. Having regard to
the order of grant of anticipatory bail, applicant/accused Sunder Paul Auluck is released
on bail subject to furnishing of personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety
in the like amount.

Bail bonds are furnished. Surety Akshay Aulak is present. Bail Bonds
are accepted as the surety claims to have sufficient control over the accused.
Put for scrutiny of documents and arguments on charge on 11.07.2025.
