Ld. Counsel for accused Sunder Paul Auluck has filed
an application for exemption from personal appearance of the accused
on the ground that he is not well. Exemption granted only for today.
Ld. Counsel for accused Sunder Paul Auluck submits
that the copies of the documents provided to her even in the pen drive
are not legible. Since on the last date of hearing, the IO had submitted
that the original documents are in the same condition, she shall
inspect the file and compare the documents.
Ld. Counsel for accused Rajender Singh has been
provided with the pen drive containing the chargesheet and the
documents.
