Ld. Counsel for accused Sunder Paul Auluck has filed an
application for exemption from personal appearance of the accused on
the ground that he has been advised bed rest for one month as he is
suffering from back problem. Exemption granted only for today.
Ld. Counsel for accused Sunder Paul Auluck also
submits that the arguing counsel is not available today and therefore, a
short adjournment be granted for addressing arguments on the point of
charge.
