Upon inquiry, Inspector Virender Chaudhary has submitted that he has not brought the case diary, for the perusal of this Court and he is not certain, when the IO, Inspector Pawan will return to Delhi. The SHO, PS ACB is directed to appear with the case diary of this case, on 21.11.2023, so that this Court can examine what investigation has been done in this case, in pursuance of the order dated 23.05.2022, passed by the Ld. Predecessor Judge. Copy of this order shall be sent to the SHO, PS ACB, through Inspector Virender Chaudhary. List on 21.11.2023.
