An application has been filed on behalf of ED
seeking directions for assignment of the case “Directorate of
Enforcement vs Raja Aederi Consultant Pvt. Ltd”, ECIR 21/DZ-
1/2012 before the Special Appropriate Court in pursuance of order
of High Court dated 30.07.2024 whereby the orders dated
23.12.2021 and 20.08.2022 passed by Sh.Chandra Shekhar, the
then Ld. Special Judge, CBI-19 (PC Act) have been set aside and
the matter is ordered to be remanded back to this court. Copy of
order of High Court has been placed on record.
The court of Sh.Atul Krishna Agrawal, Ld. Special
Judge, PC Act (CBI-19) is the successor court of Sh.Chandra
Shekhar, the then Ld. Special Judge, CBI-19 (PC Act).

In view of the order of High Court dated
23.12.2021, case ‘Directorate of Enforcement vs Raja Aederi
Consultant Pvt. Ltd’, ECIR 21/DZ-1/2012 is assigned to the court
of Sh.Atul Krishna Agrawal, Ld. Special Judge, CBI-19 (PC Act),
RADC, New Delhi with directions to revive the same and
adjudicate as per law.
Copy of this order along with order of High Court
dated 30.07.2024 be sent to the court of Sh.Atul Krishna Agrawal,
Ld. Special Judge, CBI-19 (PC Act), RADC, New Delhi for
compliance.
Application is accordingly disposed off and be
consigned to the record room.
