The present bail application has been filed under
Section 483 of BNSS 2023 seeking regular bail with respect to
accused Tejinder Singh Ajmani in FIR No.151/2024 dated
28.07.2024 for the offences punishable under Section 105,
106(1), 115(2), 290, 3 (5) of BNSS.
The first information report (FIR) was registered by
Delhi Police vide FIR No. 151/2024 dated 28.07.2024. The
accused persons have been arrested. However by virtue of order
of High Court dated 02.08.2024, the investigation has been
transferred to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
It is not clear as to whether the CBI has
initiated/completed the process of taking over of the investigation
or whether has registered a case with them.

Be that as it may, let notice of the present
application be issued to the CBI for 09.08.2024.
Copy of order be given dasti as requested.
