Case taken up on an application filed by accused Deepak Chawla
for placing on record his intimation regarding arrival in India and for release of
documents.
Present : Sh. Girish Giri, Ld. PP for State.
Sh. Harsh Sharma, Ld. Advocate for accused alongwith accused
Deepak Chawla.
Upon appearance, Ld. Advocate for accused has submitted that in
compliance of the conditions imposed by way of order dated 18.05.2024, accused
has informed the IO about his arrival in India. The original passport is shown to
the Court. It is seen and returned. The application is allowed. The Ahlmad is
directed to return the original title deed and FDR referred to the accused. Copy of
this order shall be given dasti to the accused. Another copy shall be sent to the
IO, for information.
