Heard. Record perused.
It is submitted by ld. Counsel for the accused that he
do not want to advance the arguments on the point of charge and
concedes the same. It is submitted that the charges be framed
accordingly.
In view of the submissions made by the ld. Counsel
for the accused and perusal of the Charge Sheet and annexed
documents which reflects sufficient evidences/circumstances
collected during the course of investigation in the form of
verification proceedings, trap proceedings, transcripts of the
audio recordings, statements of the witnesses etc. that points
towards grave suspicion against the accused that warrants
framing of charges against him, a
prima-facie offence under
Section 7 of PC Act (as amended in 2018) is made out against
the accused.
Formal charges are accordingly served upon him to
which he pleads
‘Not Guilty’ and claims trial.

Put up for Prosecution Evidence on the next date of
hearing on which at least two witnesses be summoned.
