This is an application filed on behalf of applicant/accused
Vikas Rathi for release of card search articles.

Heard.
During the course of arguments, it is submitted on
behalf of the accused that the accused is not pressing upon release
of I-card.
Ld. PP for CBI has also submitted that the said I-card
is relied upon by the CBI.
However, Ld counsel for the accused has pressed for
release of cash of Rs. 1,59,530/- which was seized by the police
officials at the time of search of car of the accused.
Ld PP for CBI has submitted that CBI has not relied
upon the said seizure of cash and that there is no objection to
release of the said cash to the accused.

In view of the said submissions made on behalf of the
CBI, the said cash amount of Rs. 1,59,530/- be released to the
accused against due acknowledgment.
Application stands disposed of accordingly.
