This is an application for direction to the IO for
release of Jamatalashi articles, as fled on behalf of abovenamed
applicant/accused.
IO/ACP Jarnail Singh submits that as per personal
search 	memo 	of applicant/accused, 	one 	brown 	colour purse
containing Rs.3820/-, copy of Adhaar card and one white colour
mobile phone were seized during the 	personal search 	of the
applicant/accused and he has no objection, if the personal search
articles are released to the applicant.
In view of thereof, 	it is ordered that jamatalashi
articles of applicant/accused Satvir Tiwari be released to him, as
per memo after obtaining proper receipt.
Accordingly, present application stands disposed off.
A copy of order be given dasti to Ld. Counsel for
applicant/accused as well as IO.
