Heard. File perused.
At the outset, the complainant submits that the
requisite Sanction for prosecution of proposed accused has not
yet been accorded in terms of Section 19 of POC Act by the
Competent Authority and thus, he wishes to withdraw the present
Complaint Case. However, he seeks liberty to file the Complaint
Case afresh on same cause of action, in the event of grant of
requisite Sanction in terms of Section 19 of POC Act by the
Competent Authority. He has also filed self-attested copy of his
Aadhar Card in proof of his identity. Same is taken on record.
Separate statement of complainant has been
recorded in this regard.
Considering the aforesaid submissions made by
complainant and in view of his separate statement recorded
today, the present Complaint Case is hereby dismissed as
withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
File be consigned to Record Room, after completing
the necessary formalities as per the rules.
