Applicant submits that he stood surety for accused
Satish Kumar, who has been acquitted vide judgment dated
11.04.2022. It is submitted that at the time of furnishing bail
bond, an endoresement was made on original FDR of applicant.
Heard. As accused Satish Kumar was acquitted vide
judgment dated 11.04.2022, let endorsement made on the FDR of
applicant/surety Sunil Kumar be cancelled.
Accordingly, application stands disposed off. A copy
of order be given dasti to the applicant/surety Sunil Kumar.
File be consigned to record room after due
compliance.
