Predecessor of this Court, was decided on 20.03.2025 and therefore, there is no reason as to why the matter is still pending consideration before Law Department, GNCT of Delhi. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and in the light of submissions made hereinabove, the State is hereby granted last opportunity to take decision regarding filing further Appeal in this matter, through concerned Authority and to file the report before this Court in this regard, by next date, failing which concerned SHO, PS ACB is directed to appear personally before the Court on the next date.
