opinion regarding filing of appeal in this matter is still awaited from Law
Department, GNCT of Delhi.
Record reveals that similar reports are being filed on
behalf of State since 14.11.2025 till date and despite grant of several
opportunities including last and final opportunity granted on 08.12.2025,
no decision is stated to have been taken till date by Law Department,
GNCT of Delhi regarding filing of SLP before Hon’ble Supreme Court
of India against the judgment dated 20.03.2025 passed in Crl. A. No.
1002/2010 by Hon’ble Delhi High Court.
Still in the interest of justice, another last and final
opportunity is hereby granted for filing the final reply in this matter, by
making it clear that no further opportunity shall be granted for this
purpose on the next date and the application under consideration shall be
decided in accordance with law.
Put up on 28.03.2026 for filing final reply and for
consideration of the application.
