Ld. Counsel for the accused has filed the
vakalatnama. The same is taken on record.
Perusal of record reveals that accused Raj Kumar
was charge sheeted without arrest. In view of this and considering
the circumstances of this case as well as the judgments of the
Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in Court on its own motion v CBI,
(2004) SCC OnLine Del 53 and Court on its own motion v State,
(2018) SCC OnLine Del 12306 (approved by the Hon’ble
Supreme Court in Siddharth v State of UP, (2022) 1 SCC 676),
accused Raj Kumar is admitted to regular bail in the sum of Rs.
25,000/-. Accused Raj Kumar shall furnish a personal bond in the
sum of Rs. 25,000/- alongwith one surety in the like amount.
Accused seeks some time to furnish his bail bonds. Time granted
till the next date of hearing.
Copy of chargesheet be supplied to the accused.
List for furnishing of bail bonds and scrutiny of
documents on 15.07.2026.
