registered in the name of accused Jagdish Chander (absconder),
filed by Management Committee of Chanakya Co-OP Group
Housing Society, is received from Bail & Filing Section, RACC,
New Delhi. It be checked and registered.

Heard. Perused.
At the very outset, Ld. Counsel for the applicant has
been called upon to address arguments on the maintainability of the
application in hand.
After addressing brief arguments, Ld. Counsel for the
applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the
application due to technical defects therein, however, with liberty to
file fresh application in accordance with law.
Ld. Counsel for the applicant states at Bar that he has
sent an email in this regard on the designated email ID of this Court.
Let printout thereof be placed on record, as per the rules.
Having considered the aforesaid submissions made on
behalf of the applicant and keeping in view the overall facts and
circumstances, the application in hand is dismissed as withdrawn, with
liberty as prayed for.
