is permitted to inspect the file.

IO Inspector Anand Prakash is present.
Ld. Counsel for the Presenting Officer submits that upon
inspection, he has been able to locate only the documents mentioned at serial
no. 1 in the authority letter and not the remaining documents mentioned at
serial no. 2 to 5. He further submits that since the nature of documents
mentioned in the authority letter is a little vague, it would be better if the
Presenting Office and the charged official inspect the file and locate the said
documents. In view of this, the Presenting Officer Mr. Kumar Abhishek and
the charged official, Mr. Sanjay Gihar are permitted to inspect the file on any
working day in order to locate the documents mentioned at serial nos. 2 to 5
in the authority letter.
Further, since the documents mentioned at serial no. 1 have been
located by the Ld. Counsel for the Presenting Officer, one set of legible
certified copy of the documents mentioned at serial no. 1 in the authority
letter i.e. a letter/document at serial no. 21 to 29 and serial no. 47 of the ACB

letter No. 606/FIR-18/08/RS/ACB dated 16.01.2019 be provided to Ld.
Counsel for the Presenting Officer.
List for further proceedings on 13.08.2025.
Copy of this order be given dasti to Ld. Counsel for the
