PW-9 Sh. Ashok Chandra is not present even today,
despite being directed through his counsel to appear today, vide
last order dated 25.04.2026.
Ld. Counsel of complainant/PW-9 has however,
moved an application u/s 205 Cr.P.C. seeking exemption from
personal appearance of PW-9 on the ground that PW-9 is not in a
position to appear before the Court today as his wife has recently
undergone an eye surgery and being old aged, she is also
suffering from various health issues. Copies of medical records
are also annexed therewith.
In view of the aforesaid submissions made and the
medical records annexed with the exemption applicatin, request
for exemption of PW-9 is allowed for today. However, PW-9 is
directed through his counsel Sh. Ankur Chawla, Advocate, to
appear in the Court on the next date of hearing i.e. 01.08.2026
and no separate summons need be issued to him for said date.
IO/Insp. Praveen Kumar Saroha is not present today.
However, his written request has been received, stating therein
that due to his heavy law and order arrangement duties, he is not

in a position to appear before the Court today. For the reasons
stated therein, he is personally exempted for today.
Put up on 01.08.2026 for cross-examination of
PW- 9.
MHC(M) with case property be also called for the
said date
On request of Ld. Chief PP for State, IO namely
Insp. Praveen Saroha be called through notice for his assistance
for next date of hearing.
Date is given as per convenience of Ld. Counsel for
accused.
