whereas Sh. Sahil Khurana, advocate appeared in the
court.
> Accused Kamal Singhal (A-3) & Neeraj Singhal
(A-4) who are also the Directors of Raj Fibres Pvt.
Ltd. (A-1), Vijay Singhal (A-5) with Sh. Neeraj
Dahiya, advocate.
> Accused Revathi Ranjan Roy (A-6) is on bail and
joined through VC.
> Accused Devender Kr. Balani (A-7) appeared in
the court whereas Sh. Vijay S. Bishnoi, advocate
joined through VC.
> Accused Ram Niwas (A-2) who was the Director
of Raj Fibres Pvt. Ltd. (A-1) had expired and
proceedings against him already abated.
Accused No. 6 & counsel for accused No. 7 are though visible in
VC but due to some technical problem, their voice is not coming.
An application under Section 207 Cr.P.C. for supply of legible
copies of documents on behalf accused no. 1, 3, 4 & 5 filed. Photocopies
of some documents are annexed with this application to show that some
of the documents are cut, not fully legible etc. Copy given to counsel for
ED present in this court.
Put up this matter on 06.12.2023 for consideration on this
application. The deficient copies as demanded in the application be
supplied.
