Nitesh Sharma AEO for ED in court.
> Accused Ram Niwas (A-2) who was the Director
of Raj Fibres Pvt. Ltd. (A-1) had expired and
proceedings against him already abated.
> Accused Kamal Singhal (A-3) & Neeraj Singhal
(A-4) who are also the Directors of Raj Fibres Pvt.
Ltd. (A-1), Vijay Singhal (A-5) with Sh. Neeraj
Dahiya, advocate.
> Accused Revathi Ranjan Roy (A-6) is on bail and
joined through VC.
> Accused Devender Kr. Balani (A-7) appeared in
the court whereas Sh. Vijay S. Bishnoi, advocate
joined through VC.
Counsel for accused no.7 stated that page no. 1013 & 1014 are
illegible whereas other counsels stated that number of documents as
found in soft copy are not fully legible, portion of the same is cut and not
visible etc.
Let the accused persons to move a proper application giving
therein details which particular document is illegible or dim or is
incomplete etc. so that the deficiency of only those documents can be
completed.
Put up this matter on 02.11.2023 for further proceedings.
