PW Sh. Devesh Kumar, Chief Manager, Punjab
National Bank is present. However, it is submitted by him that
the documents sought to be exhibited in the Court were supplied
by the then Chief Manager Sh. Vishwa Mohan Kumar who is
currently under employment of Punjab National Bank and is
presently posted at F-1 Division (Fifth Floor West Wing),
Punjab National Bank Head Office, Dwarka, New Delhi.
In view of the submissions of the witness, summons
be issued to the said official who had supplied the documents in
the present matter to the prosecution for the next date of
