> Accused Ram Niwas (A-2) who was the Director
of Raj Fibres Pvt. Ltd. (A-1) had expired and
proceedings against him already abated.
> Accused Kamal Singhal (A-3) & Neeraj Singhal
(A-4) who are also the Directors of Raj Fibres Pvt.
Ltd. (A-1), Vijay Singhal (A-5) with Sh. Neeraj
Dahiya, advocate.
> Sh. Manish Kumar, advocate appeared in court
whereas accused Revathi Ranjan Roy (A-6) joined
the proceedings through VC.
> Accused Devender Kr. Balani (A-7) with Sh. Vijay
S. Bishnoi, advocate.
Vakalatnama alongwith copy of Board Resolution on
behalf of accused no.1 filed which shows that accused no. 3 will
now represent the accused no. 1 company.
CD was provided by the ED but counsel for accused
persons wants hard copy of the documents on the ground that
now a days, laptops and desktops are not having facility of CD
player. After some discussions, it is agreed upon that pendrives
will be provided by counsel for accused persons to counsel for
ED who will upload the soft copy of documents in the same. In

addition the soft copy will be also sent through email to the
counsel for accused persons subject to supply of email ID by
them.
Vide separate detailed order, bail application of all the five
accused persons is allowed and the interim bail already granted
to them is confirmed subject to certain terms and conditions.
Put up this matter on 03.10.2023 for scrutiny of
documents.
